About
About Danny (CYH)
I am Danny (CYH), a Product Developer and AI Implementation Partner.
I work at the boundary between product vision and engineering execution. To me, technology should not be an "add-on" feature, but an organic part of an evolving system. I specialize in shortening the gap between an idea and a production-ready product, especially in the era of rapidly evolving AI.
AI Implementation & Partnership
Beyond building my own products, I partner with teams to turn AI capabilities into real-world productivity. I focus on reducing the friction between prototype and production:
- AI Workflow Design: Moving beyond simple API calls to build observable, controllable system flows.
- RAG & Decision Systems: Solving the engineering challenges of retrieval quality and hallucination.
- Bridging the Gap: Acting as the link between product management and engineering to ensure AI specs are both user-centric and technically sound.
If you’re looking to move beyond "AI as a feature" and toward building more adaptive systems, or if your team needs a partner who can both design and code, let’s connect.
Products
- Ingrelens (cosGlint) - AI-powered cosmetics assistant.
- Termdock - Terminal-first AI IDE for developers.
- twlint - Traditional Chinese text linting CLI.
Philosophy: The H-cyt (Hybrid-cyt) Mindset
The name comes from my fascination with cellular biology. "Hybrid" represents synthesis across disciplines; "cyt" comes from cytology. I believe products should behave like living cells: modular units that combine, cooperate, and adapt over time. This cellular mindset guides how I design architectures, iterate features, and build resilient AI systems.

Notes
- PM who also writes production code: discovery -> architecture -> implementation -> shipping.
- Based in Taiwan, collaborating remotely across time zones.
- "HCYT" comes from two names with only one letter different.
